KTD Creative took the initiative to design eye-catching and community-friendly posters encouraging neighborhood residents to leash their dogs while walking them. These posters address an important public safety and health matter in compliance with the Baltimore City Health Department’s Office of Animal Control Code and were donated to the Baltimore City Police.
Featuring playful, heartwarming graphics, the posters strike the perfect balance between a lighthearted tone and a clear, compelling message. Smiling dogs and happy humans serve as visual reminders that everyone benefits when this simple step is followed—creating harmony between pet owners and the broader community.
The illustrations are intentionally crafted to feel personal and approachable, reflecting the care and effort put into addressing a local issue. The rough-textured backgrounds subtly evoke the outdoors, emphasizing that public spaces are shared environments where leashing dogs is essential. The thoughtfully chosen color palette integrates seamlessly into the neighborhood’s aesthetic, making the posters feel like an organic part of the community rather than an intrusive notice.
By blending artful design with a purposeful message, KTD Creative’s posters not only raise awareness but also foster a sense of belonging and responsibility among residents.
